Went to ta pao Loh Mai Gai (Steamed glutinous rice with chicken and Chinese sausage in a bowl) at Hong Kee Tim Sum Restaurant last Saturday. The restaurant is a chain of Dim Sum restaurants which consists of 5 branches spread across the major township in Klang Valley.
I particularly liked their Loh Mai Gai, which steamed till moist and soft. It came with chunks of pork, chicken, mushroom and Chinese sausage. The meat was tender and very well blends with the texture of the glutinous rice. A big thumbs-up for this dish!
