You can choose to park beside this car if you don't mind your car being dented at the side as the middle-aged driver will just kick-open the car door with all his might when he alight from his car irregardless of the car beside. Of course he don't mind the whole world to know about his ubiquitous selfish act as this kind of bastard never knew the meaning of "SHAME".
